What to expect

About advocates

No matter where you are on your journey, advocates are a great resource to help navigate rebuilding your life. They provide support that is trauma-informed, personalized, and completely confidential.

An advocate's job is never to tell you what to do. Instead, they aim to let you know what your options are, so you feel empowered to make the best decision for you.

Navigating an unhealthy or abusive relationship can be scary and overwhelming. Know you're not alone and it's not your fault. Help is available.
